Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ANR Automotive website (anrautomotivemn.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Services
ANR Automotive provides auto repair, maintenance, towing, and fleet services at our location at 540 Apollo Ave NE, St. Cloud, MN 56304. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. Our standard labor rate is $120/hr. All estimates are non-binding until a formal work order is agreed upon.
Bring Your Own Parts (BYOP)
ANR Automotive allows customers to supply their own parts (BYOP). When you bring your own parts, you pay labor only. ANR Automotive is not responsible for the quality, warranty, or fitment of customer-supplied parts. If a customer-supplied part fails or is incorrect, additional labor charges may apply.
Estimates & Authorization
Estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are approximate and based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. No repair work will be performed without your authorization. We will contact you if additional work is needed beyond the original estimate.
Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left at ANR Automotive for service are stored at the owner's risk. We take reasonable precautions to secure your vehicle while it is in our care, but we are not responsible for theft, weather damage, or other events beyond our control. Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of completed service may be subject to storage fees.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For fleet accounts, payment terms may be arranged separately.

Prices, service descriptions, and availability shown on the website are subject to change without notice.
Online Scheduling & Estimates
Submitting a scheduling request or estimate form through our website does not guarantee an appointment or price. We will contact you to confirm availability and provide a finalized estimate. The customer portal at app.anrautomotivemn.com is a separate system with its own terms of use.
Limitation of Liability
ANR Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Service Area
ANR Automotive primarily serves St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, and the surrounding Central Minnesota area. Towing service availability and radius may vary.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
